Michael Lee

Michael Lee is a seasoned legal and corporate executive with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as COO and Executive Director at Peel Hunt since January 2022, Michael previously held the position of Chief Corporate Officer & General Counsel, overseeing corporate and strategic development alongside legal governance functions. Prior to Peel Hunt, Michael worked at Numis Securities as Chief Risk Officer & General Counsel, and held various legal roles at prestigious firms including Latham & Watkins and Linklaters, specializing in corporate finance, M&A, and equity capital markets. Michael’s academic qualifications include a commendation in Corporate Law from the College of Law, London, and a Law & Business degree from the University of Birmingham.
