Andy Chambers

Andy Chambers has extensive experience in public service and investigation, currently working as an Investigator for Peel Solutions since February 2024, focusing on maternal/neonatal deaths and serious injuries within an NHS Trust. Prior to this, Andy served as a Liaison Officer at Global Secure Accreditation, where contributions were made to manage COVID risks in quarantine facilities. Additionally, Andy worked with the Border Force from April 2017 to February 2022, conducting immigration controls at Stansted Airport. A career with the Metropolitan Police from 1986 to September 2000 included roles from Constable to Detective Inspector, focusing on criminal investigations and internal standards. Most recently, Andy worked as an Asylum Screening Officer for the UK Home Office from April 2022 to December 2023. Educational qualifications include A Levels in Geography and Economics, along with five O Levels from the City of Leicester School.
