In addition, Vijay serves as Chief Mentor at TA Dialogues, India's largest platform for the Talent Acquisition fraternity, facilitating knowledge sharing and insights in the field. Previous roles include Convener and Executive Council Member at ERA, leading industry initiatives, and Analyst at D.E. Shaw. Vijay's early career includes significant contributions as an Architect/Consultant in Knowledge Management at Infosys Technologies Limited.
