Upasna Sachdeva

Upasna Sachdeva is an experienced educator and a current Program Manager at Peepul, where they lead a school transformation project impacting 274 schools in Madhya Pradesh and contributed to drafting the state’s first Teacher Training Policy. Previously, Upasna served as a Director at Standard Chartered Bank, executing significant capital markets transactions, and participated in the Teach For India Fellowship, where they taught students and published articles on education. They hold an MBA in Finance from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, and a BTech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur. Prior to their educational roles, Upasna explored diverse opportunities, including travel and work in the performing arts and marketing.
