Andrew Caldwell

Andrew Caldwell is a Lead Product Design Engineer with a focus on user-centred mechanical development for social impact and has over 20 years of experience in designing innovative products. They have held positions such as Principal R&D Engineer at SureChill, where they designed refrigeration technology for off-grid areas, and Lead Engineer at Peequal, where they redesigned a women's urinal to enhance efficiency. In addition to their engineering expertise, they currently tutor engineering students at Cardiff University, providing guidance and mentorship. Caldwell holds a Master of Engineering degree in Innovation and Engineering Design from the University of Bath.
