Sylvia Ward

Sylvia Ward is a seasoned professional in quality assurance and process management, currently serving as the QA, Process and Support Manager at The PEER Group since February 2002. Prior to this role, Sylvia held the position of Configuration and Release Manager at Intellitactics Inc. from October 2000 to January 2002, where responsibilities included overseeing software configuration and release management activities and establishing bug tracking processes. Sylvia also worked at Virtek Vision International Inc. as a Configuration and Release Manager from May 1994 to September 2000, managing configuration control for a diverse range of software and hardware products. Sylvia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University, obtained between 1990 and 1993.
