Will Balkovec

Will Balkovec, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Finance at PEER Group Inc., following a distinguished career at Linamar Corporation from December 2006 to November 2023, where multiple promotions culminated in the role of Accounting Manager. In this capacity, Will oversaw division-wide finance and accounting activities at Linamar's largest machining plant and led a 5-member accounting team within a cross-functional operational setting. Accomplishments include guiding the accounting department through significant transitions, mentoring staff during a foreign assignment in Florence, KY, and collaborating closely with the Plant Operating Committee to enhance financial performance visualization for informed decision-making. Will holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from the University of Guelph, completed between 2002 and 2006.
