Jerod Turner

Jerod Turner is a coach and human-centered designer who transforms leaders and customer experiences through user research and design for wellbeing. They served as a design intern at Perkins+Will and M Moser Associates, focusing on various aspects of design development and workplace strategy. Most recently, Jerod has been self-employed as an Independent Design Strategist and Leadership Coach, where they have facilitated programs and workshops on inclusive leadership and innovation. Additionally, they held various roles at Peer Insight, leading efforts in user research, service design, and customer experience optimization.
