TODD Engelsen is the President of PEER Servants since 1990. Prior to that, TODD was the Vice President and Actuary at John Hancock Life Insurance Company (U.S.A.) from 1984 to 2004. TODD holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Math and German from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earned between 1980 and 1983.
