Robert Arciere has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Robert started their career at Accenture in 1990, where they worked as a Senior Consultant focusing on systems integration and development. Throughout their time at Accenture, they gained extensive project management and development experience in various technologies.

In 1993, Robert joined Polygon as the VP of Engineering. Robert was responsible for managing and overseeing the company's Engineering and IT departments for seven years.
