John Dunavan is a seasoned professional with over 22 years of experience in strategic learning and development across various sectors. As the CEO and Founder of Peer-Tree since October 2020, John focuses on innovative technology aimed at reducing barriers and enhancing knowledge transfer. Prior roles include Director of Learning & Development at LBMC, where recognition as a top professional services firm was achieved, and Global Learning Strategy at UL Workplace Health & Safety, facilitating service globalization. John's earlier experience includes leadership roles at Brookdale Senior Living, inMotion Educational Technologies, and Little Planet Learning, where effective educational solutions were developed. John began a career with the State of Tennessee, establishing the first statewide Ombudsman office for Children & Families while also overseeing managed care systems design. John earned a Bachelor's degree in English and Fine Arts with a focus in Filmmaking from The University of the South.
