To better explain our products, Peerless mixers  create the dough used to produce the loaves of bread purchased at grocery stores and the buns used for burgers at QSR restaurants.   Peters machinery assembles the sandwich cookies that get dunked in milk, by kids of all ages.  Peerless was acquired by Illinois Tool Works, Inc. in January 2008.
