Dave Olecki

Dave Olecki began their work experience in 2005 at Peerless Pump Company, where they held various roles including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Manager of Continuous Improvement. In 2011, they joined GRUNDFOS as a Product Manager before progressing to roles such as Engineered Service Unit (ESU) Director and Customer Support Center (CSC) Director. Dave returned to Peerless Pump Company in 2019 as the Engineering Director.

Dave Olecki earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. Later, they pursued further education and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business between 2009 and 2011.
