Dave Smith

Dave Smith has over 18 years of work experience in the IT field. In 2003, they began their career as a Computer Technician/Webmaster for Marlette Chrysler & RV. Dave then moved on to Air Advantage LLC in 2005 as a Computer Technician, where they were responsible for configuring modems in the field for customer use. In 2006, they worked as a Computer Field Technician for H&R Block, and in 2007, they took on two roles at Stevens Worldwide Van Lines, as a Network & Server Administrator and Senior Helpdesk. That same year, they worked as a Helpdesk for Speednet LLC. From 2010 to 2015, they were a Systems Administrator for Financial Plus Credit Union - Michigan, and since 2022, they have been a Senior Solutions Engineer for Peerless Tech Solutions, helping clients achieve NIST/CMMC compliance and working on high priority projects.

Dave Smith obtained an A.A in Information Technology from Delta College between the years 2006 and 2008. Dave also obtained a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in January 2023.
