Stephen Miller is a retired Lieutenant Colonel with extensive experience in defense and federal contracting, project management, and acquisition. Currently serving as the Director of Army Programs at Peerless Technologies Corporation, Stephen has developed a proven track record of successful program leadership and stakeholder engagement throughout a career that began with the US Army. Stephen earned a Master of Science in Management-Acquisition and Contract Management from the Florida Institute of Technology and has held various influential positions within the Army, including advisory roles to senior leaders on budget and acquisition matters.
