Developed in partnership with the Tropical Disease Foundation, Inc. (TDF) and TB Alliance, and in close collaboration with the Philippine Department of Health, we provide training and technical guidance across clinical, laboratory, programmatic, and community engagement aspects of implementing and scaling tuberculosis treatments, particularly the  latest WHO-recommended BPaLM/BPaL regimens for drug-resistant TB.

Operating under a peer-to-peer model, we foster the exchange of best practices, tools, and field-tested strategies by linking experts from early adopter countries with counterparts seeking to roll out and scale up their BPaLM/BPaL tuberculosis regimens.

Training is delivered both in-person—either through immersion visits to the Philippines or expert missions to participating countries—and remotely, with ongoing mentorship to ensure sustained program success.
