Markus Windisch

Markus Windisch has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Markus is currently the CTO at Peerox GmbH since July 2019. Prior to that, they worked at the Fraunhofer Institute for Process Engineering and Packaging IVV as a Teamleiter from November 2017 to June 2019, and as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter from November 2016 to October 2017. In these roles, they conducted application-oriented research in industrial cleaning technologies, planned and executed funded and industrial projects. Before joining the Fraunhofer Institute, Markus was an Entwicklungsingenieur at SITA Messtechnik GmbH from October 2015 to June 2016. Markus also worked as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter at Technische Universität Dresden from March 2010 to October 2015, and completed an Auslandspraktikum at ThyssenKrupp OOO from January 2009 to April 2009. Overall, Markus has gained expertise in research, development, and leadership roles in various organizations.

Markus Windisch attended Technische Universität Dresden from 2004 to 2010, where they earned a degree in Diplom-Ingenieur in the field of Elektrotechnik und Elektronik. Additionally, in 2007, they spent a semester as an exchange student at the University of Calgary, studying topics such as Neural Networks, Fuzzy Logic, and Digital Video Processing.
