Elizabeth Clay is a Senior Legal Consultant with extensive experience in financial services litigation and contentious regulatory matters. They began their legal career at White & Case, where they handled a mix of domestic and international litigation, and later honed their risk management skills during client secondments. At Bird & Bird LLP, Elizabeth advised clients across various sectors, including technology and telecoms, before transitioning to interim counsel at Vodafone. Currently, they consult through Peerpoint and have contributed as a legal expert for the Independent Third Party review of RBS's Global Restructuring Group. Elizabeth holds a degree in Law from the University of Nottingham and has furthered their education with qualifications in compliance and international law.
