John Snellings

John Snellings has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. John is the Co-Founder and CEO of PeerSource, a technology recruiting firm. John also co-founded PeerSource Oncology, a recruiting firm specializing in placing top locum Radiation Oncology professionals nationwide. John is also a Co-Founder of Nextaff, a national franchisor in the recruitment and staffing industry, where they focus on growing franchise territories within the healthcare industry. Additionally, they have volunteered as a Youth Sports Coach for nearly 40 kids' sports teams and served on the Board of Directors for Outreach Sports. John was also a Partner/SVP Sales at HighlandSprings IT Solutions and Partner/VP of Sales at Funding District / Business District. John was the President/Owner of Nextaff, where they built one of the fastest-growing staffing companies in the US, specializing in the hospitality, light industrial, and medical markets. John successfully sold the company in 2008.
