Trevor started as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and advanced to Technology Recruiter, Senior Technology Recruiter, and eventually became the Director of Client Services in 2019. In 2023, Trevor co-founded PeerSource Oncology. Prior to PeerSource, Trevor worked at Target as an Electronics Team Member from 2008 to 2013.
Trevor Richards attended the University of Colorado Denver from 2008 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Information Systems.
