Graeme Lide has worked in customer service and account executive roles since 2015. Graeme began their career as a Housing Assignments Associate at Mississippi State University, then moved to Yelp as an Account Executive in 2017. In 2018, they joined Postmates Inc. as a Strategic Support Specialist, where they handled tracking and logistics for new partners and answered phone calls and emails related to reimbursement requests. After nine months, they were promoted to Customer Experience Team Lead - VIP Merchant Support. In 2021, they joined Peerspace as a Customer Experience Lead and was later promoted to Customer Experience Manager.
