Matthew Lese

Matthew Lese has worked for three different companies since 2018. Matthew began their career at Leonardo DRS as a Senior Technical Intern for Mechanical Engineering. During this time, they created four comprehensive, modular electrical routing models for complex control system assemblies, as well as designed a modular test cart compatible with dozens of electrical components. In 2020, they joined AcceleRAD Technologies as an Operations Engineer, where they designed and drafted 80+ parts and assemblies in SolidWorks for use in IP-protected medical devices. Matthew also effectively controlled tolerances to reduce material costs and managed parts & material procurement, ensuring on-time delivery from suppliers in the US, Asia, and Europe. Matthew'smost recent role is as a Software Engineer at Peerspace, which they began in 2022.

Matthew Lese has a diverse educational background. Matthew began their studies at Marin Catholic, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Minor in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from Marquette University. Most recently, they completed a Full Stack Software Engineering program at App Academy.
