Marcella Hart

Marcella Hart is an experienced professional in the fields of psychiatric rehabilitation and business consulting. Since June 2014, Marcella has served as a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist at Peerstar LLC, while also operating as the CEO and Owner of The Phoebe Company, a personal assisting and business consulting firm in Philadelphia. Marcella has a long-standing commitment to volunteerism, particularly as a Deliverance Minister at Deliverance Ministries, Inc., providing support for individuals facing various mental health and addiction challenges. Previous roles include ownership of MLH Tax Preparation Services, Assistant Store Manager at Lane Bryant, and Tax Professional at H & R Block. Marcella holds a Master of Arts in Theology and Leadership from Southern Nazarene University, along with degrees in Biblical Studies, Drug and Alcohol Recovery, and Psychology.
