Peery & Associates, Inc. provides retirement plan designs that fit your needs, whether you are an investment advisor, a small to large business, or a nonprofit organization. Participant enrollment and education is critical to the success of a 401(k) or 403(b) plan. Fiduciary liability is a big concern for all plan sponsors and investment advisors. We help you fulfill your compliance responsibilities in terms of nondiscrimination testing, actuarial services, audit support, plan correction, and participant notices and communication.

With all of the Federal regulatory changes, it takes a team to do it right. We help construct the notices and disclosure documents required to be distributed annually, quarterly, and whenever there is a change, including the new Expense Disclosure Document for participant fee disclosure. We help protect you so that you are not involuntarily violating any laws, and we can help you get out of hot water, if you do fall afoul of any regulations through the Voluntary Compliance Resolution Programs.

We keep abreast of the constant regulatory changes--all of our administrators are highly credentialed and receive continuing education credits. Peery & Associates has been recognized for our responsiveness and our willingness to work with our clients to meet their needs. That is why hundreds of companies have chosen Peery & Associates to administer their retirement plans and provide consulting services.
