Michael Payne

Michael Payne is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software development and leadership. Currently serving as a Software Team Lead at Pegasus since August 2025, Michael previously held roles at Levven as both a Mobile and Cloud Software Developer from October 2021 to August 2025. Additionally, Michael was a Partner and Chief Technology Officer at One Eleven Inc. and Hydro For Humanity, LLC, from October 2018 to January 2021 and May 2016 to January 2021, respectively. Early career experience includes positions at Intel Corporation as a System Test Architect and Software Engineer, and military service as a Section Sergeant in the U.S. Army from April 1997 to February 2009. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering Technology from the Oregon Institute of Technology.
