Shaun Bloomquist

Shaun Bloomquist is an experienced professional in the real estate sector, currently serving as Vice President at Pegasus since October 2024. Prior to this role, Shaun held the position of Vice President at Colliers International from May 2015 to October 2024, specializing in Investment Services. Shaun's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Associate in Retail Leasing and Sales at Newmark Cornish & Carey from April 2012 to May 2015 and at Grubb and Ellis Company from August 2010 to May 2012. Shaun began a career in real estate as an Associate at Brick & Mortar Commercial from March 2009 to August 2010 and previously worked as Senior Vice President at Reliance Capital Group from January 2005 to June 2008. Shaun holds a B.A. in English with a Creative Writing emphasis from Santa Clara University and has also pursued education in percussion at Musicians Institute.
