The Social Cooperative Enterprise PEGASUS AVIATION was founded by members of the Hellenic Pilots Association, in 2018. It is the first Social Cooperative Aviation Enterprise which was founded in Greece. Its members are captains in aviation, but also in yachting & shipping. Τhe main motive for its establishment was the need for the alternative utilization and dissemination of the accumulated knowledge and experience, up to now, in the aviation, maritime, environmental, technical and tourism sectors. Its character, as "Social", in today's market conditions as well as the social crisis, also prioritizes the employment of the unemployed and disabled people in the context of its purpose.
PEGASUS AVIATION is open to collaborations, innovative ideas and their implementation, related to Unmanned Aerial Vehicles/Aircrafts (UAVs), Environmental Protection, Thematic Tourism, but also to projects related to Forest Fire Prevention, Civil Protection Volunteer Training, Security, etc.
