Our core values:
1. Quality through attention, knowledge and experience:
With +12 years of professional experience and an extensive study background in our specializations (Engineering & Finance), Cedric and I have the practical field experience to understand our candidates and clients. This enables us to add value through thinking along with them and going in depth regarding their needs.
In short, focusing on the essentials results in higher effectiveness and, ultimately, efficiency. And, of course, less frustration, empty phone calls, and half-matches…

2. Work ethic and performance:
As ‘Best Performers,’ we, as founders, collectively achieved more than 150 placements, supporting many companies in both the SME segment and large enterprises. We want to continue this trend in the future.

3. Maturity and persistence:
When you share the complexities of a vacancy with us, we are not just ‘yes-men.’ We are committed to deeply understanding the problem, need, or desire behind the recruitment, aiming to stand beside you and find a solution. We focus on our commitments, working intelligently, and delivering based on your needs, making you feel heard and respected.
