We are a team of experienced real estate professionals delivering integrated solutions to landlords, tenants and investors.

Pegasus Group represents over 30 local and national retailers and restaurant chains throughout New Mexico, Southern Colorado and West Texas. Additionally, Pegasus Group exclusively represents over 3 million square feet of premium properties on behalf of its clients. The firm also provides asset and property management.

Year after year, the brokers of Pegasus Group lead the market with commercial real estate transactions. Although a “boutique” company, our transaction activity and volume out-perform New Mexico’s largest national brokerage houses. Whether the market trend is growth driven development, dispositions, retailer expansions and mergers, retailer bankruptcies or public company investments, our size allows us to quickly adapt to changing market conditions and maintain a competitive advantage.

Pegasus Group was formed with the principles of integrity, client confidentiality and performance. We strive to exemplify these principles as we provide our clients with the finest service and representation.
