PEGASUS GROUP is a Strategic Planning, Project Development and Design/Construction Consultant that provides Owner’s Representative services by managing the capital project delivery process from the “owners” point of view. We represent the interest of our clients through the planning, design, construction and post occupancy phases of capital projects. Our core business is exclusively representing owners.

Pegasus Group’s signature line is “Building Success” which succinctly describes our firm’s project delivery philosophy. We provide an experienced, straight-forward, and methodical approach to delivering every project.  A successful project is one that is not only “on-budget” and “on-schedule”, it also supports the Owner’s program requirements and operational service needs. 

We assist Owner’s in developing their project delivery strategies, including selection of the design team and constructor. Our goal is to establish structure, process, and procedures that build working relationships. This enables each member of the project team - owner, designer and constructor to do their job so the project will be a success for all involved. We hold ourselves and the other members of the team accountable for the commitments they make throughout the project.
