Ella M.

Ella M. is a passionate environmental professional with a BSc (Hons) in Applied Geography from Bournemouth University and a BSc (Hons) in Physical Geography/Environmental Science from the University of Adelaide. Ella has extensive experience in biodiversity net gain, ecological studies, and environmental impact assessments, having worked on diverse projects in the UK, New Zealand, Australia, and South America. In their current role as Director - Biodiversity at Pegasus Group, Ella leads multidisciplinary teams to implement ecological best practices. Ella is also a Fellow and chartered member of multiple professional organizations, including CIWEM, and actively mentors graduates and junior consultants.
