Jonathan Rainey

Jonathan Rainey is the Deputy CEO of Pegasus Group, where they manage the operational aspects of the organization and oversee the Senior Leadership Team. With a background as a Chartered Town Planner and a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, Jonathan has extensive experience in the consultancy sector, particularly recognized for contributions to the later living sector. They previously held multiple director-level positions at Pegasus Group from 2015 to 2024, contributing to significant organizational change and cultural improvements. Jonathan is also qualified as an emergency and mental health first aider. They studied at Cardiff University from 2004 to 2005.
