Simon Handy

Simon Handy is the Planning Director at Pegasus Group in Manchester, bringing 18 years of experience in both private and public practice as a chartered town planner. Simon specializes in residential, commercial, and mixed-use development, working with private landowners, developers, and various organizations. Previously, Simon served as a Senior Associate Director at Strutt & Parker from 2019 to 2022 and held the position of Planning Officer at South Bucks District Council from 2007 to 2014. Simon obtained a BA (Hons) and MPlan in Urban Studies and Planning from The University of Sheffield between 2003 and 2007.
