Tom Rothero

Tom Rothero is an experienced ecological professional, currently serving as a Director at Pegasus Group since June 2025. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of Associate Director at RSK Wilding for a brief period in early 2025 and served as Associate Director - National Ecology Lead and Principal Ecologist - South West Ecology Lead at Environment Bank from July 2021 to February 2025. Tom’s earlier experience includes a role as Senior Ecologist at Arcadis from March 2019 to July 2021 and at The Ecology Partnership from October 2011 to March 2019, where Tom advanced from Ecologist to Senior Ecologist. Tom began a career in ecology as a Field Surveyor at Thomson Environmental Consultants from August 2010 to September 2011. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Environmental Consultancy and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science, Biodiversity & Conservation, both from the University of Plymouth.
