Steve Payne

Steve Payne is a Partner at Pegasus Tech Ventures with a focus on global technology investments and M&A.

Steve has been a co-founder, board member, investor and advisor for dozens of technology companies. Steve is a co-founder of Architect Partners where he focuses on boutique tech mergers & acquisition and also does advisory focused on the Internet, mobility, digital media and AI/blockchain sectors. Steve has done transactions with Cisco, NTT, Opera Networks, Ricoh, Netgear, FICO, Marlin Equity, Qualcomm and many more.

Steve has also experienced several technical, executive managerial, advisory and consulting positions at top global public corporations such as NTT, SEGA of America and Booz, Allen & Hamilton. Steve has also been a Managing Partner at Ignite Ventures and Global Mentor at Korea Innovation Center (KIC) in Silicon Valley.

Steve holds an MBA from Harvard University Business School and a Bachelor degree in Engineering from Washington University in St, Louis.
