Alex Case

Alex Case is a highly experienced senior leader in public sector transformation and consulting, currently serving as Senior Director and Government Industry Principal for EMEA at Pegasystems since May 2021. Previously, Alex held various senior roles within the UK government, including Senior Civil Servant positions at 10 Downing Street, Cabinet Office, Department for Exiting the European Union, and Ministry of Justice, focusing on Brexit coordination and major reform programs. With a strong background in public sector service delivery improvement, Alex has successfully led significant initiatives, including the Criminal Courts Reform Programme and the Ontario courts reform initiative while working with Deloitte Canada. Academic credentials include an MA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Oxford and completion of the Major Projects Leadership Academy at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
