Alissa Amameda

Alissa Amameda is a Diversity and Inclusion Specialist at Pegasystems, a position held since September 2019, and has also served as a Talent Attraction Consultant and People Operations Coordinator within the same company. Prior to this role, Alissa worked at Massachusetts General Hospital from June 2014 to September 2019, where responsibilities included serving as a Development Associate for Major Gifts and an Administrative Coordinator. Alissa obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Health and Communications from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, completing studies from 2013 to 2017.
