Amit Parate

Amit Parate is an experienced technology professional with a robust background in system architecture and software engineering. Currently serving as a Principal System Architect at Pegasystems since May 2014, Amit has progressed through roles including Lead and Senior System Architect, demonstrating expertise in system design and implementation. Prior experience includes a tenure at IkaSystems as a Senior Software Engineer/Team Lead, where responsibilities involved leading a team in developing a Claims Adjudication System. Amit also contributed as a Software Developer at Verizon Data Services, focusing on applications interfacing with mainframe systems, and held earlier positions at EDS and as a student employee at Central Michigan University. Amit holds an M.S. in Computer Science from Central Michigan University and a BE in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
