Anna Kaiser is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in enablement and effectiveness strategies across various global organizations. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Global Enablement & Effectiveness at Pegasystems since January 2018, Anna leads a high-performing team focused on transforming and scaling enablement initiatives to enhance client-facing teams' effectiveness.
