Arti Odedra

Arti Odedra is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within human resources. Currently serving as Talent Advisory Partner at Pegasystems since March 2019, Arti has also held positions as People Advisory Partner and Senior People Operations Specialist. Prior experience includes HR Shared Services Advisor at OpenText, and multiple roles at Eli Lilly and Company, including Senior and Junior HR Administrator. Additional experience spans positions at Burger King Corporation as HR Assistant, Debenhams as Sales Adviser, and several other retail and HR-related roles. Arti holds a BA HONS in Human Resources Management and Marketing from Birmingham City University and a CIPD Level 5 qualification from Basingstoke College of Technology.
