Ben Findlay

Ben Findlay is a seasoned sales leader with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as the Head of Select and Growth Sales for UKI & Benelux at Pegasystems since June 2016. Findlay leads a team of seven Enterprise Account Executives, focusing on driving growth for numerous clients across the region. Previously, Findlay held various roles at Pegasystems, including Regional Sales Manager for Select Markets and Global Account Sales Leader for Financial Services, maintaining a strong emphasis on client relationships, digital transformation, and operational excellence. Prior to Pegasystems, Findlay worked at FICO, managing large bank accounts across the UK, Europe, and South Africa, along with experience at Redstor and Maximizer Software, where responsibilities included client acquisition and channel management. Findlay holds a degree in Business, Leadership, and Management from The Open University.
