Carter Lowe, SPHR, currently serves as Lead Talent Attraction Consultant at Pegasystems since June 2025. Prior to this role, Carter held various positions at Mondo from May 2016 to June 2025, including National Recruiting Manager, National Team Lead, and National Client Partner, earning recognition as Top Recruiter by revenue in 2022 and 2023, and achieving similar accolades in previous years. Carter's early experience in recruitment includes roles such as Principal Recruiter and Recruiting Manager, with a strong focus on full life-cycle recruiting, as well as sourcing candidates through diverse methods. Carter holds a B.A. in Education & Theatre from American University, completed in 2015.
