Chithra Jayakumar is a Senior Principal Software Engineer at Pegasystems, where they lead software design and development, focusing on areas such as online trading systems and application security. Previously, they held roles as a Lead Software Engineer and Lead/Sr. Software Engineer at Fidelity Investments, working on diverse projects including life insurance and cybersecurity.
