Chris Roche

Chris Roche is currently the Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Pegasystems, where they advise C-suite leaders and manage legal matters across the organization. They previously held roles at Pegasystems as Senior Counsel and Lead Counsel for the Americas, supporting the company during a significant growth period. Prior to their tenure at Pegasystems, Chris co-founded Thirst Juice Co., overseeing operations and brand development. Their legal career includes positions at Kaplan Rice LLP, where they served as a senior attorney in litigation, and Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, where they defended multinational clients in complex cases. Chris earned a B.A. in Political Science from The Johns Hopkins University and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
