Ian R. is a global employee and labour relations leader specializing in workforce transformation and compliance risk management. Currently serving as the Global Director of Employee Relations at Pegasystems, Ian previously held significant roles including HR Manager for the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games at NBCUniversal, and Senior HR Manager for Asia at Walmart. With a diverse background that includes experience in various industries, Ian also took a career break from 2013 to 2018. Ian holds a BA(Hons) in International Relations from The Open University and has studied viticulture and enology, as well as intensive Chinese language.
