James Adair has over 30 years of experience in the technology and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Lead Service Assurance Advisor at Pegasystems since October 2007, James has previously held roles such as Senior Manager of CLSA Training and Principal Technical Trainer at Brooks Automation, where responsibilities included developing and delivering training for semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
