Jeff Purse

Jeff Purse is a senior-level executive currently serving as the Director of Solutions Consulting at Pegasystems, where they provide strategic direction in solution messaging and technical solution design. With extensive experience in the enterprise and government CX software markets, Jeff has held various leadership roles, including Senior Manager and Manager of Solution Consulting at Pegasystems, as well as Head of Solutions for the Americas at CallVU and Technology Manager at Wells Fargo.
