Jeffrey Schwartz

Jeffrey Schwartz is a seasoned Senior Content Strategist at Pegasystems, with prior experience as a Technical Content Developer for SAM Projects at Cengage Group. Over a career spanning more than two decades, Jeffrey held various roles at Cengage Learning, including Content Developer and Manuscript Quality Assurance Project Leader, where management of reviewing teams and oversight of diverse educational content were key responsibilities. Previous positions include Manuscript Quality Assurance Supervisor and Project Lead at Thomson Course Technology, where Jeffrey ensured the timely delivery of high-quality content.
