Joanne Taylor

Joanne Taylor is a seasoned executive with a robust background in sales and technology consulting. Currently serving as the Vice President Sales & Managing Director for UKI & Benelux at Pegasystems since April 2020, Joanne leads sales and go-to-market teams in the EMEA North Region. Previously, Joanne held the position of Vice President of Specialist Sales - AI & Decisioning for EMEA at Pegasystems, driving the AI and Decisioning business across the region. Prior experience includes directing digital strategy and innovation at Software AG, co-founding Fourth Foundry Ltd., and serving as Director of Solutions Consulting at OpenText. Joanne was integral in establishing the Public Security Business Unit at SAS and has held various technical and consulting roles in the technology sector. Academic credentials include a PhD in Forensic Psychology from the University of Bristol and a BSc in Psychology from City St George’s, University of London.
