John Petrolini has extensive experience in management and continuous improvement, currently serving as the Director of Continuous Improvement at Pegasystems since June 2007. Prior to this role, John held the position of Director of TQM at Teradyne from January 1980 to June 2006. John has been retired since October 2015. Educationally, John Petrolini earned an MBA in Management from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School between 1983 and 1986.
